We are Nejkafe.cz, a Czech online shop for coffee, tea, sweets and drinks. Behind every parcel stands a small, friendly team in a warm, clean warehouse in Průhonice near Prague. We are looking for new colleagues to pick and pack our orders. No experience needed, we teach you everything.
Order pickers and packers
You will either walk through our warehouse and collect products for customer orders, or work at a packing station and prepare the parcels for the courier.
- Picking: collect the items of an order from the shelves
- Packing: check the order, pack it carefully and label the parcel
- Coffee capsules, coffee beans, tea, sweets and drinks: light, pleasant products
Easy, clean and light work
Warm indoor workplace
Our warehouse is heated and lit, and full of coffee aroma. Nothing heavy, nothing dirty. We work with coffee, tea and sweets.
Fully digital warehouse
Everything you need to know is shown on the screen: what is in the order, where to find it and how to pack it. No paper, no guessing.
We teach you everything
You do not need any experience. Someone from the team will show you the process step by step, and you learn it in a few days.
A small team, like a family
We are not a big anonymous corporation. We are a small team where everybody knows each other, helps each other and has a good time at work. You will always have someone to ask.
Fresh coffee is, of course, part of the deal.
Fair pay, paid every week
- 7,000 – 9,000 CZK (netto) per week, depending on the hours you work and productivity
- Paid in cash every Friday, directly in your hand
- Flexible schedule: we adjust the working hours to your life

Do I need any experience?
No. We teach you everything you need. The screen shows every step of the order.
Is the work physically demanding?
No. We work with light products such as coffee capsules, tea, sweets and drinks, in a warm and clean indoor warehouse.
How much can I earn?
Between 7,000 and 9,000 (netto) CZK per week, depending on your working hours and productivity.
When and how do I get paid?
Every Friday, in cash, directly in your hand.
Can I choose my working hours?
Yes. We offer a flexible schedule. Tell us what suits you and we will find a solution together.
Where is the workplace?
Our warehouse and store are at V Oblouku 599, 252 43 Průhonice, just outside Prague.
